Led audience growth for one of the largest startup conferences in Japan. From several thousand to 13,000, a record for the third straight year. 20% international, about 3,900 official matchings.
A career conference co-hosted by 7 VCs. Designed and ran the audience acquisition from strategy to execution. 57 recommended startups exhibited and 44 speakers took the stage.
